     @johnbudd1350 @YeetLibs They would have to assess how much carbon and impurity they could have in a given track, then titrate the long bones (maybe short bones, less hollow) of execs.

     Would actually be a pretty cool system to dissuade corporate shenanigans, people would talk about that for decades.

     It's cool we just have to live with this and no one is punished. I don't give a fuck about fines or cleanup. Cleanup should be given and fines mean nothing to a $60B company.
