This short clip made the rounds in NATO-aligned internet circles in the later years of the Eurasian crisis. While it was never officially included in the DOD's collection of press media, it neatly aligns with their goals of being more "accessible", "warm", and "friendly" in a bid to bolster flagging recruitment.
(All pictured would tragically lose their lives aboard the Carnival Elation while steaming for Taiwan in the 2030 Crisis. The recently retired civilian ship had been pressed into troop transport, overloaded with personnel bound for the island's defense.
A bungled screening by the also-undercrewed US Navy allowed the PLAN's Long March 11 to engage and sink the slow-moving cruise ship in advance of what NATO called their ambitious 'Pride Month assault'. On paper, the Elation carried about 2,000 passengers less the crew, but social media analysis after the fact led researchers to believe that as many as 2,900 US servicemen & servicewomen perished from the initial attack and failed rescue attempts)
