Historically the White race has been split into three categories, nordic, apline, and mediterranean. Classically, Greeks were White people before the muslim hordes invaded Europe.

I think race and culture go hand in hand, within a race (a genetic sub-group from the stock of Noah) you can have a myriad of cultures and some are better than others, some may devolve into utter trash and are wiped out due to their sins piling high to heaven.
