If you're a developer with ideas on how to improve my project, I'm interested. Show me what you have in mind -- the clearer + more concrete the better. Then we have something to discuss.

Same goes for UX designers. Do the work. Show me how what I already have could be better. The more accessible your ideas are, the faster we can decide whether shipping them is a good fit.
