@grips in slovak and czech are ť and ď supposed to always be identical to ち and ぢ ? or do they very with c/j ty/dy ch/dj like theyre being transcribed. dialectical variation?
is there still a soft hard system other than ľ. are the soft consonant taking only front vowels? if ľ is the only one does it also take back vowels?
