     Well, I'm tall and moderately strong, I have no tattoos, I shake hands and look people in the eye and have good Christian work ethic (for the most part, we have a little fun too). When I go to interviews I dress nice and I usually land the position, I was only rejected once recently because I was being so adamant about having sunday off and the chef was kind of a douchenozzle.

     Whatever, if my loser ass can keep my own apartment and van for years and years and pay child support and always find work no matter what. I'm never going back to homelessness or couch surfing again and I'm too old to live with my parents. If there is a will, there is a way motherfucker.

     I don't know. I personally think either he's doing it wrong, or he's looks like a slacker. Unless he lives in blue state that is going super downhill like California, maybe, but I think he can find work, I'm not buying it. Cooking as a skill is always in demand, I get job offers weekly in my inbox, but I also have 14 years of experience overall in kitchens, from asian to continental to italian.

     Yeah he's a White guy that applied to mexican restaurant, they hire their own usually. He needs to go to a chain first (applebees and chilis are revolving doors of employment) then get experience then apply to nicer restaurants.

     He needs to become a cook or a bartender, cooks always have gainful employement because no matter how hard times get, people will still pay $$$ to eat and drink quality stuff. And I'm talking casual dining to fine dining, not McDonalds.
