     @evan @jack No, something else. There's a <script type="application/ld+json"> element on some websites that contains JSON-LD describing the page. We use that in Mastodon instead of OpenGraph when available. See Washington Post's website for example.

     @Gargron @jack It is? Are we talking about the same thing? I'm thinking of the schema.org microdata markup added to HTML pages. I get that it's "linked data" but I don't think it's JSON-LD.
