   @gondoypu Still bugs me how people see "desert space planet" and think "ripoff" instead of thinking "I bet they paid a hundred bucks to film there no wonder it's an alien world"

     @WashedOutGundamPilot @gondoypu USFS starts at $150/day for commercial filming and I'm sure the other public land management agencies use the same scale.

     @DemonSixOne @gondoypu I'm talking tunisia more than the USA. The ad guys I know are moving away from the states, from the sound of it. I can't think of them doing a shoot here in the last year. I think drones have messed w/ things, the permitting is all PITA now so they're just heading abroad when they need glory shots
