I realized I don't know many programmers interested in occultism.

I have a working hypothesis that they both fulfill the same pattern-matching needs of the brain.

Because if we're talking about reading ancient texts full of rambling of insane fanatics, containing esoteric geometries, aimed at summoning unnatural entities which OUGHT NOT TO BE, breaking the very laws of nature, well, I get paid for that.
