@MK2boogaloo It's just a subconscious manifestation of a Cannibal, or a man recently driven mad into cannibalism. Tricking you by cries of help is only one of many facades it puts up.
Think of it like the shadow entities in trample on Sachatten, they become a malicious entity that just kills everyone but they were transformed from humans where the evil within themselves consume them or something like that. Like demon possession and not like a separate creature itself.
