     Every time a woman tries to tell you "men don't have pressure to be 'perfect' like WE do", they fail to grasp that the pressure is indeed there - but men are more pressure-resistant in soul so we don't notice it.

     Guys are much better than women at distinguishing them. The weaker, brittle (often fatherless and female-programmed) men are the ones who succumb, lose their minds, or withdraw because they want to escape that pressure. Some pressures are good and eugenic, some are not.

     What I do know is this: when I'm out with a woman and she either doesn't get her way, or I do/say something she didn't expect (sometimes as simple as ordering something from a food menu that I didn't mention earlier), the mood changes INSTANTLY for the rest of the evening.
     
     It's as if me veering off the script she has in her head (which I know nothing about and can only guess) is an emotionally painful event.
