     There have been 34.1k posts since then (some of them have been deleted - 27.2k remain). That's a lot of posts, but more impressively all posts have at least 4 tags. That's a lot more work than just uploading.

     Do you how they were tagged? manually? Do you know where all the images were sourced?
     
     The tagging rules / taxonomy could be improved. E.g. there are many images which are tagged 2soyjak, but are not tagged soyjak

     @billiam @fuggy Manually, and the images are sourced either form the sharty itself, other boards like the old /qa/, people's private collections, etc. That's the fourth iteration or so, first one was on booru.org, and there was also booru.soyjak.su with the funny fishjak mascot.

     @billiam @fuggy I really hate szurubooru's layout, there's nothing but shittily cropped previews and a search bar with three buttons without any explainiation. Shimmie shows more important metadata and thus looks much more usable.

     One issue I have with szurubooru is that the moderation tools could be better I feel. But from an uploading / tagging perspective it's great.

     @mint @fuggy you can change the layout a bit, but it will still crop some previews. I prefer a grid layout.
     
     The layout doesn't make much of a difference to me, since many images have text which can't be seen in the preview anyway.
     
     Yeah, those 3 buttons relate to "safe", "sketchy", and "unsafe". They really should be named.
