  @chjara Might this be me? I have bluetooth speakers which do sound much better than my laptop speakers, that's one place I'm not keen on running cords, & most my music is FLAC for the sake of it...

  @alcinnz @chjara It could be.
  Bluetooth audio in general has problems, so the improvement is probably down to the laptop speakers just being /that bad/.
