     I'm full-blown diabetic and my doctor just put me on Ozempic to bring down my recently rising A1C. Would be terrible if a tag team greedy drug companies, Tiktokers, trendy stars, and fashionistas ruined this for people who actually need it. Not to mention maybe toppling the entire health-care system, bad as it is in the U.S.

     @arstechnica i know someone who works at a pharmacy and insurance companies having been refusing to pay for these drugs

     the prices per month are astronomical - $1,000 - $3,500 PER MONTH

     @arstechnica This seems to be a bit misleading as the 2 countries healthcare system is working in totally different ways. Also, as I understand it, in America there are more middlemen wanting a piece of the cake. The US system is corrupt and it’s not helping the population.
