I do believe angels can come in a human form, possibly different from their true form. I do not believe it would be lying, because their true form would be alarming to most. To this point, I believe that, when asked, they would also reveal their true nature and possibly true form. I have little basis for this besides my personal beliefs and interactions and experiences.
