That kind of front is usually held on by plastic tabs that you can pop off. However, depending on your metal case inside, it may not get you more airflow anyway. The usual solution is to just take off a side panel. New Janny in Town likes this. -

You need to unplug the front panel and be very careful but a jerk straight away from the case should pop the plastic fasteners out. I did a couple of times with mine that looks a little like yours. That said the headphone jack no longer works with mine.
