   Hinduism is basically all the worst parts of Judaism multiplied, but without the good parts that wound up in Christianity. Strict Talmudic caste restrictions that create super-segregated societies devoid of mobility or individual freedom, combined with a zillion different flavors of Kabbalistic mystic acid trips to cope with the horrifying reality of your life. The combination produces an entirely stagnant, masturbatory society reeking of unearned arrogance. While Christianity does encourage quiet contemplation and prayer, it also emphasizes outward works of charity, which keeps you engaged both with your inner life as well as outward reality.
