     @FrailLeaf @eris @nukie Looks like it's working. Also added an option to treat offsite accounts with admin tag as proper admins when sending those notifications since it's going to be of good use for myself as I have a Tor instance with registration approval enabled.

     @FrailLeaf @eris @nukie A fun side effect is that if I give myself admin while already having an admin account with the same name, the local account would show up twice. Apparently frontend gets the admin list from nodeinfo (which only has AP IDs) and fetches the accounts in the most dumb way, just by taking the last part of ID and making an API request for local account with the same nickname.
