@Terry If I was in charge I would just fixed the logistics and production priorities. Tired of the million and one different models of ammo, firearms, planes, trucks, tanks. There's like a million different mobile cannon platforms because someone thought it's a good idea to classify and have separate roles for them. Can't just have a million and one different routes and methods to the logistics supply center and repair and hospital.
Instead rifle, pistol, and belt fed it's all just one.
