   See Google and their subpoena/warrant policy of handing it all over. Recently some kiwi farms user got doxed because the sped he fought with got a subpoena from Google in a court case.

     Kiwi farms user probably deserved it. They themselves probably doxxed many others.
     
     But yeah. This seems like a law meant to act as a backdoor registry/KYC masquerading as age verification.
