There is none, if you think about how the protocol "works" it makes no sense. Its neithet federated nor peer to peer anf there is no social incentive to host a "relay". Even more so its easily censorable since every "relay" is its own server you need to connect to.

I guess that's what I'm checking out now.
I see the situation with nostr as much more positive and the model and protocol to be quite functional... but I am extremely new to the concept.
The documentation looks good to me and I like what I've seen that has been built on it, so far.
I appreciate your perspective @dcc though, as it may be useful to temper my enthusiasm right now.
