   @cjd The most enthusiastic governments towards declaring WW3 up to now, apart from Poland and the Baltic countries, have been the UK, France and Germany.

   Lots of candidates.

     AFAICT France and Germany are trying to do everything they can to look pro-Ukraine while in reality they want nothing to do with any WW3 (except the occasional arms sales) and what they really want is to go back to buying gas.
