   I watched Zulu, definitely one of the best action movie I've ever seen. Whoever chose this location as a place to shoot, should get a Nobel prize. The casts feel like they're from the Victorian era, they're what I would imagine if someone told me he's British. The battle is half the movie, that's one hour long, it's more than any Japanese made WW2 movie will ever get. Definitely would rewatch again.

     Decent movie, but I don't like its portrayal of Pvt Hook.....the real Pvt Hook was a model soldier who had received good conduct bonus pay just a couple days before the battle. Hook also wasn't "malingering in the hospital". He was assigned to the hospital because the officers wanted one of their best soldiers there to defend the sick and wounded.

     @ArmadilloRancher oh yeah I've heard of that, I think that part is really retarded, just like the priest being portrayed as drunken old fool. But overall an epic movie if we overlook those inaccuracies.

     As I understand it, the producers invited the descendants of the soldiers to the premier of the movie....and Hook's family got up and left the theater halfway thru the film.
