@WoodshopHandman @ConfederateHobo @hourmutt @special-boy @laconicif How do you expect then to keep a working society without imports, or very restrictive ones? If your intention is to destroy globalism as a whole including global economy, then you will have a hell and ton of civil wars.

Like it or not (including myself), most people are OK with the globohomo, if you don’t make a huge cultural change, then it’s going to be suicidal. Specially when most cities can’t survive by their own local production, even more, most people are too used to industrial society and they don’t even realize how much unnatural are their lives.
