   On the first line

   There are a long string of WAW

   Reading from right to left

   Not a single WAW has the correct shape for where it should be written in a word relative to the position of other letters

   This would be like a word spelled with 10 of the same consonant in a row which is very unlikely

   The arabic text was written by someone who does not know the rules of writing arabic and simply hit the same letter over and over again on a keyboard arabic font
