   @skylar @mischievoustomato @Kerosene @Hyperhidrosis I was trying to think about what our version is but I haven’t broached the topic w/ dudes so I only really have myself as a reference point. I know people would say harem shows are made to appeal to the male fantasy but that’s more a function of marketing than true fantasy.

   The protector fantasy, maybe? A lovable treasure of a girl that needs you to guard her from a world looking to snuff out a rare spot of flowering beauty? Or the generalized “this girl really really loves me so I can face the winter of life knowing I have found my lifelong companion”
