   @Billy_Hughes That’s what’s so fun about the history. It’s really just a rolex cushion case, with panerai slapping their name on it. Later when the krauts were skeddadling from italy they took them by force, sterile dials since rolex hated them and panerai didn’t want to lose their licensing.

   TBH I kinda hate the new ones, the movements are insanely overpriced now that richemont is trying to tell everyone a $3,500 watch is actually worth $9,000 because of a little extra perlage. I’m happy with the older ones, but I haven’t yet seen a new one that made me lust after it enough to buy, and I’ve test driven a handful.
