    ~ He had no legal experience whatsoever
    ~ He was previously in jail for corruption
    ~ He immediately closed the criminal case against Burisma, requiring the company to only pay a fine
    ~ He unfroze over $20 million of the oligarch owner of Burisma's assets, which had been frozen during investigations
    ~ After handling the Burisma case and a few others, he was arrested again for corruption
