   I don't know if any of you have teenage daughters or teenage family members but there is some horrific new coded language you need to be aware of. Young girls are starting severe self harm clubs worse than anything I've seen before. A trendy internet subculture called 988 culture (based on the last 3 numbers of the suicide hotline) where teenage girls egg eachother on to cut as deeply as possible, giving cutesy nicknames to different types of wounds. This movement is only growing, so if you overhear your daughters talking about "beans" or "bedrocking" you need to help them, urgently.
