Keeping kids out of places they shouldn't be is a good idea, but this forces a huge amount of burden on random people to verify everyone's identity. It's the most half-baked approach to this you could take, so of course it's the only one governments ever go for, because they're too fucking boomer to understand the internet.
   Also, you just know that it's not going to apply to tranny grooming shit.
