   Same bullshit here. Even this house which was relatively well made I'm currently in is overpriced, 200K for 80square meters, no basement, there's a garage but it's badly designed (can put a car in it, water infiltration), insulation is 10~12 years old and part of it is dead or to be finished. Heating is also a fuck.
   I'm not complaining I'm living in something a thousand times better than in a yurt, I'm just saying this shouldn't cost 200k.
