   Interesting idea.
   They mention "OpenNode", so it looks like they accept Bitcoin, which is good. It would be nice to be completely anonymous though.

   would you pay for search results? if you could get the deep search on the web of say what guuglag was 15 years ago, no ads, and no trackers?
   
   i found this today. i'm not sure i want to pay 100usd/year when i can dork tf out of goog, but it's interesting to know people have choices.

   I've been very tempted to give https://kagi.com - a paid search engine - a try after skimming through their FAQ and philosophy and such. Seems weird to pay for it, but given how bad the alternatives have become and that the "free" services model is how we've dug our global vc hell pit in the first place... I've spent more money on less useful things 🤷♀️
