   I've been using misskey lately and I noticed that the software has built in add capabilities. Now I'm not sure if that money is going to the server or the dev team, but regardless it's time for poast to include adds. Neither love nor passion are paying bills so it's time to soapbox/poast to monetize the platform.
   
   I know that advertising on poa.st doesn't seem intuitive or desirable but it's the only way forward, besides the adds could be based stuff, like the antler-something publishing editorial, or survival equipment stuff, other poa.st users could even pay to get poasters to know and buy their stuff, I don't think you can get any more wholesome than that.
   
   Add a little social engineering to hype it up and I can see it being successful, maybe the first add could be "roundhouse kick niggers into the concrete" to get attention or maybe "This vegan guy is fucking all the bitches and basically you're stupid" meme but with Gleason's face
