@Gerfand If we define "typical tomboy hairstyle" as ponytails or anything above the shoulders, then Cagalli Yula Attha is the only one that comes to mind immediately as hers is usually depicted as reaching her shoulders. We could also include Mordred due to her hairstyle bearing resemblance to Cagalli's during one episode where it was put up, and due to being more complex than an ordinary ponytail with side braiding.
If we define tomboy in a manner that includes reverse traps, one ending for the Nisekoi manga apparently shows Tsugumi with long hair, but I dunno if that really counts since that's not her usual depiction throughout the work, as far as I am aware (I never finished the anime, let alone read the manga). I wish I could include Charlotte Dunois, but hers is a simple ponytail.
If we go really loose with the definition of a tomboy to include women in traditionally masculine roles, Jeanne D'arc from Fate has a really long braided hairstyle. I know there are many other depictions of Jeanne in other works, but for the sake of brevity we will only recognize the most famous one.
That's really all that comes to mind immediately.
