Your options for appealing to women from the right tend to be limited and more superficial, whereas leftists have many easy routes to manipulate women. You might be able to get the occasional religious revival or law-and-order turn in the midst of chaos to turn things back a little bit, but women tend to not give too much up until the society totally collapses and they no longer have a choice.
