A view of his UI used with the game Stardew Valley. It presents 4 buttons (Edit, Backup, Restore, Play), a menu (File, Setup, Tools, Help), and various control displays (the path of the game, a duration, the last save date & time, ...). Game Backup Monitor is a libre, multi-platform tool for managing/backing up the user's video game backup data (or for monitoring any application on the player's PC). It detects the launch of supported games, then once the game is finished, it automatically backup and compress (in 7-Zip format) the saved games. It also supports DOSBox, ScummVM and Wine. It can be used on a single computer or multiple computers to effectively add cloud support to any game or application. It can also automatically launch other software when a monitored game is detected, track the number of hours and number of sessions of a game.
