I've said for a little while that I believe WW3 will begin not as nations fighting nations but as a series of geographically disconnected, but ideologically similar civil wars and uprisings against establishment/ZOG governments and other tertiary third world governments. Think the Arab Spring but on a global scale and magnitudes more violent and disruptive. Eventually you'll see nation-states begin to form, some far right, some far left, and others still controlled by the globalist establishment, what will follow next will either be a brutal state on state war in the more traditional sense, or an extremely long cold war scenario on multiple fronts, either way, the future is not going to be sunshine and rainbows.
In terms of the latter scenario (cold war) which I think is more likely, the three factions will be a Chinese lead leftist faction, a reactionary rightist faction lead by which ever country turns out to be the strongest, and the remnants of the ZOG. neither faction will have enough power to fully dominate the rest, but all will want to either out of spite or just blind power grabbing. This is the G-Zero World that many political theorists and Philosophers talk about and believe we are headed towards, call it a new dark age, call it the MAD doctrine on steroids', either way, unless there's some Warhammer 40k style Emperor of Mankind figure in our future, that's what the world is going to look like.
One thing I should add is that resource scarcity will play a massive part in this, and any imperial ambitions, be they good or bad, benevolent or otherwise, will have to be tempered as a result of stagnating power production capacities (which will necessitate the abandonment of more advanced technologies) and natural resource sites simply being used up. So add in a bit of the Earth from Interstellar as well in this scenario. Particularly the MRI scene.
