   @coolboymew Microsoft doesn't have enough (good) IPs to justify peddling sequels. A lot of those are third-parties (last I checked, they've been buying a lot of people lately) too so it looks like they have jack squat as usual, but then again so does everyone else. Special shoutouts to Konami for having literally zero ideas after returning to video games after peacing the fuck out from video games.
   If these idiots had any brains between their ears, they would've spent the last three console generations building up IPs for yearly releases to keep the coffers flush enough to churn out something new or off-the-wall once a generation. Nintendo is filled with morons too, but Japanese morons that have perfected the formula for evergreen console releases, God damn them.
   As for Marathon, jury's still out, but excuse me while I don't hold my breath for Bungie to make a good game in 2023.
