   FeedManager::MAX_ITEMSがv4.1系では800、v4.0.x以前では400になっています。

   800に変更するプルリクはこれ。

   Fedibirdは現状1,200になってますが、ここの調整です。

   ウチはいま約3万登録、WUAがいまみたらだいたい6,400ですが、WAUが数万になったら減らさないと耐えられないかも。
