   Everyone I have received an update from Adam Fox.
   
   Adam was the homeless man living in the basement of the Vac Shack in Michigan when the FBI targeted him and framed him for "conspiracy to kidnap" Gov. Gretchen Whitmer.
   
   They claim he was the "ringleader" of the "plot," even though the FBI created a fake militia called the Patriot Three Percenter group (fake national militia) and had an FBI informant (and convicted pedophile) Steve Robeson induct him into the fake militia group as the "head" of the so-called "Michigan Chapter," and the Wolverine Watchmen militia who the FBI infiltrated was also being run by an FBI informant at the time, Dan Chappel. CHS Dan with other government informants and undercover agents paid for and hosted lavish FTXs (field training exercises) where the government trained these men in defensive firearms and medical training.
   
   The first trial resulted in ZERO convictions for the federal government and two men were actually acquitted and freed after spending 18 months in prison.
   
   After that embarrassment the FBI and DOJ, along with Judge Jonker made the retrial of Adam and Barry even more a kangaroo court and clown show. Jonkers bogus "hearsay rule" prevented the defense from admitting government evidence that was exculpatory to them. The government threatened witnesses so they had no witnesses testify on their behalf.
   
   In addition to this there was juror misconduct and the Judge imposed an arbitrary time limit on the defense for cross examination of witnesses but not for the prosecution.
   
   Adam was sentenced to 16 years in prison. He had no criminal history or record prior to this.
   
   After he began participating in my documentary he was abruptly moved to Florence Supermax and put in the SHU.
   
   He can no longer participate in the film and he is limited to one 15 min phone call per month.
   
   He has been unable to speak to his appeals lawyer yet. Despite his appeals lawyer trying to contact him.
   
   I just received the following letter from him and his cellmate Jay:
