   If they get through with that "Gender Reassignment Surgery"™ (which is actually a very brutal castration), they become sexually dysfunctional, suffer pain and infections for the rest of their lives and if the quack was really bad, they will also literally smell like shit, because that dingus would had cut into colon. Besides the organizations pushind it don't have the best interests of unhappy spergs in mind. They just want you to fight reality itself, abolish basics of logic like the law of non contradiction so absolute truth is whatever their power structure says it is.
