   I don’t even think it’s THAT. I keep working with white guys who went for the asian route, and it’s constantly making me think this online mgtow fad is being parroted by guys who haven’t seen that marriage IRL. It’s easy to imagine it’s as simple as “just get a passport to southeast asia for a good traditional wife”, but holy shit do these guys live in a neverending bummer.

   It’s likely natural, because the guy who wants it easy, wants guaranteed success for as little work as possible will inevitably be harder to respect to a woman. It lacks strength, conviction, and ambition. The end result is that white boys go and find themselves a village girl who’s a survivor. She’s cutthroat, she’s mercenary, she wasn’t declawed like him - and in time she’ll utterly dominate him. It’s a housecat thinking he’s just like his ancestral tigers, and he imports a jaguar thinking he can tame her like his forebears.

   I gauge a marriage by thinking about how much I’d be willing to be in it. Few ever pass that “oh, that would be awesome having that guy’s marriage” test. To date, I can’t think of an interracial coupling where I thought I’d be content to be in that guy’s shoes. It’s always, always been fraught with some measure of suffering under her dominion.
