   @kilostere ask someone to go get you some ginger pills if anyone is around to help. it works excellently and has no side effects.
   
   you probably have diphenhydramine in your cupboard already. it's in many sleep aids and allergy medication. it will help nausea also, but it will make you sleepy. I avoid taking it these days though because it has been correlated with dementia.
