@caekislove When I used to really be whole-hog on the working out train (because that too is a high if you hit it hard enough chasing it) I used to get all kinds of “wow you need to stop doing that so much, you’re addicted. That’s bad for you!” from guys who were 110 lbs overweight.
Everyone’s got a vice, the least you can do is understand it and acknowledge it if you ever want a chance at being free of it. While we’re at it, the slow taper method is the only one I’ve had luck with. Do a little less of X every day, keep track of it, and fill yourself with disgust for people who love it in order to keep yourself from backsliding.
But take this all at a grain of salt because I’m not a very good person and I still have some addictions left to tackle
