The dough poured out onto a floured silpat ready to be divided. It's huge! And spreading. This is the largest mass of dough I've had to deal with. Despite the scaled down recipe size. This is going to be tricky as it is also very sticky and airy. I don't want to de-gas it in the shaping so can't manhandle it too much.
