The federal government isn't constitutionally designated to have the authority it functionally has on a number of issues, but that doesn't stop them.

It's embarrassing that we have an epidemic of suicide amongst active and veteran soldiers. Why don't we deal with that before trying to tackle the miniscule problem of some working class dudes double dipping?
