@Terry I'm not Korean. I view it as insulting to the person who perfected the recipe and the line chefs who produced it. I like to think people take pride in their work (yes restaurant woes aside). It's a feeling of dopamine I can't really describe, seeing someone's eyes light up because they appreciate your efforts and your labors. Money aside, of course. When they pass their compliments, it's a rush of exuberance. It's this positive reinforcement that helps keep the drive going. It's the thing that enables me to wake up and put a brush in my hand.
Now, this animal, had to audacity to bring a jar of allspice and splash it all over the food. This isn't a salt or pepper scenario, this is covering up the entire canvas with purple drink paint. This animal made the worst sin of all: it passed judgement before taking a single bite. It might as well said everything I did was beneath it. Downcast. Worthless. Not worthy for consumption unless bombarded with post seasonings of dried onions, processed peppers, and powdered garlic. Unworthy of the burnt out taste buds typically gained from the unadulterated consumption of salty fast food. No honest criticism here, just plain insult.
