   While this shit is hilarious, for those who dont know bush had to throw out FAT enlistment and reenlistment bonuses to keep "high quality troops/recruits" rand defined that as people who scored over 50 on the asvb and had a high school diploma (see white men). Without those FAT cash incentives which would usually go to a house, white men simply wont join. Promoting isnt worth it and the guy theyre offering that too is likely out the door anyway. Were building up to what i believe will be a draft.... i mean selective sevice selections. If youve ever voted or taken out a school loan, congrats youre eligible for the totally voluntary selective service.
