   @Alex_Linder You're missing the high propaganda value of showing people how safe and functional an ethnostate is through slice of life "cute girls doing cute things" shows like Mitsuboshi Colors and Non Non Biyori.
   
   Like, in Weimerica the idea of a bunch of kids running around their town unsupervised and being completely safe from everything except getting caught in the rain or a rogue delivery truck is completely alien, but in Japan it's entirely normal.
   
   It's something you'll never see in western media made after 1965, but it's a common theme in Japanese media. Weeb shit allows people to see what was taken from them. How great things could have been. How great they were.
