Fake screenshot of an imagined slightly revamped list feature on Mastodon. A list which is now public has a header with a description and an emoji, as well as buttons to follow everyone in the list or to save someone else’s list along with your own lists. Below, the listing of people in the list is now a proper people listing, with clickable profiles and follow buttons, unlike the current list feature.

Made yesterday a couple very quick rough mockups of how lists on Mastodon could be extended to be public and/or used as starter packs. I think it could be one of the easiest way to share follow recommandations with a minimum of change from the bits Mastodon already has? (another could be being able to generate a CSV of a specific set of people and then share that to be imported, but that’s much more technical)
